What we collect

Account details provided by your workspace administrator (name, work email), technical data needed to run meetings (device type, connection quality) and usage data about how the service is used.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, to troubleshoot problems and to improve quality. We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising trackers.

Legal basis

We process data to perform our contract with your organisation and for our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.

Meeting content

Audio and video are transmitted in real time and are not recorded unless a host starts a recording that participants are notified about.

Retention

Account data is kept while the workspace is active. Technical logs are kept for a limited period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion of your data. Please contact your workspace administrator, who will coordinate the request with us.
